We came to look at a forte GT-Line which we saw online. It was small and difficult to enter and exit. Chris persuaded us to try the soul. Despite not caring for it's appearance it was functional, easier to enter and exit and surprisingly well equipped.

We purchased our Kia Sedona at Cartown Kia in Nicholasville. Ever since we have had it we have only had it serviced with them. They are ver pleasant to deal with and they take care of our service needs at our regular oil changes, recalls or any service needed. They usually complete the service with a courtesy car wash which I love.

For more than ten years I have been coming to Car Town KIA in Nicholasville. They always treat me well. They are thorough when going over the routine service with me. They are also quite helpful in advising me when best to replace tires, belts and such. This visit was no exception. They were quick to perform the routine oil change and other service and returned my car to me cleaner and shinier than when I pulled in. I look forward to coming here for many more years.

This review is not about the product, but rather the people. The people are friendly and what I'd describe as typical sales people. There is some pressure to make a purchase, perhaps before you're ready to do so. The good news about the pressure is that if you know what you want - you have some negotiating power and there's a chance you will get it. My service advisor today was Payton and she was very good. She went over everything very clearly. They were very quick too. The only negative was that the paperwork indicated that they placed a new service sticker on the windshield, but when I looked, it wasn't there.

The service was smooth and efficient. I liked how the service advisor came to me and explained the results and said they were done and it was less than an hour. Previous visits took more like 3 hours so the service has improved significantly.

Very frustrating to schedule appointment months ahead for oil change, tire rotation and a recall and drive over a hour to dealership early on a Saturday morning to find out they had quit doing recalls on Saturdays a month prior due to customer complains on oil change wait times. They should have notified us to reschedule before we drove that far!! Now we have to go back in a week for recall . Not happy at all!!
